Alec Tanner is a cinematographer and camera operator based in Sydney, Australia. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts Screen: Production at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS), graduating in 2025.
Having an interest in filmmaking from a young age, Alec has experience all throughout the camera and lighting departments. Having worked as a cinematographer on numerous short projects, his work has been selected to be distributed on SBS on Demand.
